I'm looking to get some text out of the game. Ideally, I'd like to just copy and paste it from either the dev console or the flight log, but I can't figure out how to do it. I can't copy text from either of those two places.
If there's something I'm missing or (preferably) a Vizzy block that can do the trick somehow (even if it means writing to a file), please let me know.

@icannotfly That's correct. Since mods don't work on mobile I'm not aware of any way to copy the text that is output from Vizzy.
