Ability to set DeltaV precisely on maneuver nodes

Hi,

When creating a maneuver node, I would like to have the ability to set exactly the DeltaV i need on each axis, for example by inputing it in a textbox, instead of having to use the handles.

    I'd also like buttons next to those boxes to increase or decrease by 10^n, where n can be adjusted.
    In addition to the 3 axes for dV, the ability to type or increase/decrease the time (relative to now) of when the node will happen.
