Interstage disconnect when starting flight scene.

The Interstage disconnect only at start when in the tinker panel the option "Staging" is on None.

1. build a rocket with Interstage
2. set Staging to "none" in the Tinkerpanel
3. starting the simulation
4. Interstage is disconnected

I found similar bug reports in the lists with the wrong description.
