The Test Dummy was made to allow players to test the safety of their crafts in Juno New Origins, but it was removed in version 0.9.920 of the game. Now, players can't test the safety of their crafts without having to launch the craft with droods, which is inconvenient.
crazy thing is, i dug through the game files for mobile and the icon for it was still there.
