"Deselect Part" shortcut doesn't work properly with UI

Select part, use Translate Tool or Rotate Tool, deselect part (using Tab as keybind), select the part again, and you get no gizmo.

and also... deselect doesn't work in screenshot mode but somehow it deselects ui buttons
