Make crafts truly recoverable

To go along with my “make crafts truly reusable” suggestion, we need to have a recovery feature so we can recover first stages of rockets and get the second stage to orbit orbit and so we can recover strato launch vehicles. An idea would be to make it so we can choose a time to be able to go back to right before we separate stages, and then fly the second stage to do what we need, than we would go back to the time we set, and the second stage would do something like vizzy, so whatever we just did to get it to where we need it would do on it’s own while we do what the first stage needs
