OK. So basically I blew up a fuel tank (dislodging a test dummy), Broke off a command chip, attempted to blow up other objects not attached to the chip, and then the dummy starts floating.

Note: this occurred when I blasted the dummies with a rocket engine. This is probably related to another bug I found (on the site) that was fixed.
