A rotator can have the range slelcted already, but sometimes you need it to rotate 180’ left and not at all right
A feature that allowed you to choose the start angle of a rotator would allow you to design Ramps, doors and custom landing legs much more easily

When building a space shuttle this issue / missing feature ( you can´t call it issue)
killed the wohle project, because you are not able to make 100% working robot arms.
(i tried to dock and the robot arm destroyed the whole space-station xD)
