Decrease star glare the farther away you are from the central star

@Zullian32 I'm a bit late, but it's impossible to do that. At 2GB you're barely able to run the stock game, let alone load the textures required for moderately high detail real terrain planets such as the ones found in Solar System.

Can we get 2gb compatible in the next 1.2 solar system update?
