As you know, SimpleRockets-2 has 2 solar panel parts.
1: The solar panel array. You can customize size, panel rows, columns, and size of the array. You can also customize the texture of the panels in 3 different textures. And that’s it.
2: Solar panels. They are the solar panels, but without a extendable array. Better for customization. You can change the length and width of the solar panels, and the 3 different textures, but not much else.
So not many players run into the problems of this, but when you are making replicas, like the old design of the Orion service module that would be sued for Ares-1, you realize that the k my way you can do this is by making some fancy, complicated structure using the not-extendable solar panels to make the circular array.
But honestly I don’t feel like we need to do that. I think we should have more customization with both solar panel parts. Options for it to be circular or something like the old starship’s solar panels.
