Planning Gravity Assists, we need better tools.

Planning a slingshot between planets in the current build is an exercise in tedium. Few things that may improve this:
- Allowing incremental increase in maneuver node values for fine-tuned adjustments.
- Ability to switch to rotating reference frames for finding close approaches and resonant orbits.
- Setting up maneuver nodes orbits in advance.
