Investigated the last issue a bit more and now i found that rcs on the other ship simply dont turn on (they are directional) and the ship im controlling right now has non directional rcs which dont respond even when turned on. Man i love the difficulty this game makes you go through to dock!
(please fix asap thats super annoying)

You can control a docked craft's activation groups and RCS if you click on the RCS nozzle -> Select Command Pod button -> and then enable Replicate Commands and Replicate AG All.

Also im talking about all connected ships. This means stations wont respond to a single part of the station turning on RCS, which is annoying
