I wanted to answer your question but I never even touched the struts yet because I don't have an inkling of what they're useful for /-:
I recommend doing a bug report showing how the struts aren't bolstering to see if it's possibly a glitch
Also, the 1st part will be released on November 10 in the morning or afternoon. I'll tag the members in the description, part two will edit it, reupload it, and then part three will edit it, and so on. I'll allow five days for each part, but if you need more time, just ask and I'll see what I can do.
I am not sure yet since the game isn't out yet, but if I find out or if I can restrict access to certain users, I'll let you know. You'll be part three. @TR2002

Do you have to have a higher point count in order to be marked down? I wanted to go into the list but I'm not sure if there's requirements.

Yeah. People are being way to strict about posts. We can't create anything yet, so why can't we have a little fun and make silly posts, like telling jokes or stuff? People need to chill and let people post about things that aren't 100% related.
@TR2002 As soon as I can purchase the game, I will create a basic space station that all of the members can update, add modules, and reupload to create a finished product. That will be the V.I.A. Space Station. You are welcome to add any modules as long as it is reasonable.
