@Chtite451SR2 the pistons/rotators for the crane collapse.

    4.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@Arstotzka trust me I tried. I have 15 rotators paired with 15 pistons. That didn’t work. Finally I got a stuctural engineer that I know. That didn’t work. This was my last resort.

@MitusAerospace actually I believe you can. In fact @KellyNyanBinary got a copyright claim for her delta v map. Although that was only Creative Commons.

@DefenseNetworks it might take few days but I will get it done

@KellyNyanbinary I don’t think you get the point

@KellyNyanbinary my goal was to prove that machine learning is possible in SR2. And I knew that it need lots of ideas from different people. My goal wasn’t to copy and fix someone else’s proportional controller. If I wanted that I would make it in about 10 seconds any day that I wanted.

    4.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@KellyNyanbinary I did. My goal wasn’t to copy people and make it better. My goal was to make a machine learning code.

When you mirror/radial you can use break symmetry. I don’t know if that is what you are looking for

I got something. I will need access to the craft to set it up. It has some specifics it needs to work.

@Fime how did you guess? Lol

    4.2 years ago
  • Profile image

@KellyNyanbinary @Patelsh24 it looks like it is far from complete. Even on the Stingray it still seems incompetent (no offense @KellyNyanbinary ) but I think if we can complete it we could make it so much better. If you want you can contact me (through the IAAR email) at iaarsr02@gmail.com and we could figure figure something out. Or we could use unlisteds.

Note: not all submissions will get you in. I will judge and will only accept the top 3 people.

Finally, @Hannah1212 you are also really great at vizzy and I would like to invite you to join if you want.

@JSO18 that is what I will work on next after I improve the landing reliability.

Sort of. If you don’t use time warp for a very long time you will notice your orbit changing ever so slightly, typically getting low. Eventually you could deorbit, but it is very unlikely. The game solidifies your orbit when using time warp. This is only changed when using ion engines. But the game, in order to reduce the load on your computer, confines the atmosphere to a range of altitude. This means it is easier to get in orbit and stay in orbit. And another thing is that it only calculates gravity for the parent body.

This is because it uses x velocity, y velocity, and z velocity. To get one number go into the boolean section and look for a block that says:
    (0, 0, 0) length
That will give you the magnitude/total of velocity

Also I can provide rovers. I am working on a surface navigation system for rovers.

    4.2 years ago
  • Profile image

I can provide a rocket. It is still in development but can be launched. It will be reusable but for now I haven’t started coding it. So right now it has even more power. It can lift upwards of 100,000 kg to LEO and quite a bit to Cylero. And it will be fully reusable one day meaning the program will cost less.
