To get the swirly canyons, you need a noise as the mask for the canyons, then the noise for the canyons, and a remap curve to structure the canyon. @67milo
Also, @Spitty, do not listen to @Kenspaceagency, he is just a copy of BMNKRocketIndustries and he is trying to insult @Mostly out of anger that his main account (BMNKRocketIndustries) is banned because BMNK does some stupid things every now and then.
Ok, to get to the system's XML, you need to go to Owner > AppData > LocalLow > Jundroo > SimpleRockets 2 > UserData > CelestialDatabase > PlanetarySystems, @Spitty. Having each star have its own light is currently impossible without using mods. You give a star its light flare ("glowy stuff"), and you must increase intensity in the Subbiomes tab.
Thanks @eyov2, I tried to make it seem like it was volcanic by adding rough terrain and dark spots to simulate the color and roughness of igneous rock.
I have a request for you, @Zenithspeed, can you remove me and PZL's comments? My reasoning is quite stupid, but I already asked him to stop pinging me for unnecessary things, like spamming dots or mentioning me for no reason, and this comment needs to be deleted along with the others.
just set the settings to low graphics and it should be fine. plus, the game doesn't choose to crash, it crashes if it is overloaded or overwhelmed by something, like high graphics or high part count. also don't talk trash about it just because of something simple. at least try to fix and not cry like a baby
I have Space Engine and it is so pretty. I found habitable moons and worlds in alien galaxies, I saw planets that existed inside a binary system inside a nebula; Space Engine is THE best space exploration game.
If you read the entire forum, you should understand that I am not very good with Oil Pastels. There were also many factors to acknowledge, such as the Oil Pastels were already user and had an irregular tip, which made it difficult to trace the letters. The crescent moon is just for the views, and the planet has different lighting so people can actually see that it is Earth, with clouds. The title was made before coloring the poster, which (as I had said prior) meant that I had to trace them and it wasn’t perfect. This is my second time drawing with Oil Pastels, so it’s no wonder that it looks odd. I do appreciate your notice on the atmosphere, that I put a lot of effort into because I have the problem of doing it poorly when drawing other planets. It was my plan to make the moon fuller and not a crescent, but I thought otherwise just for the aesthetics. Thank you for pointing these things out, @LeMagicBaguette , but it does make me feel awkward when people “criticize” me.
I am sorry to ping you for this, @Mostly , but I just want to know what did BMNKRocketIndustries do wrong this time? Not trying to be weird or nosey, its just that we was yapping about something then he is banned. Another question is how long (if you are the one how did it)?
The are many ways to make cracks, but if you are referring to like zig-zag and sharp cracks refer to @Zenithspeed ‘s comment. But if you want canyons, you need a noise mask, a remap curve, and the noise. I know how to make rivers, and you make them similar to canyons, but they are more complicated to make, because their noises are different and they don’t need a mask.
I sometimes play it on my tablet, and being used to PC, I often hate using mobile. The controls are quirky, it gets laggy easily, and it crashes a lot. JNO was meant for PC, but mobile is convenient, like playing without internet service.
A. Though you shouldn't care about followers @Aludra877 , since if you are a follower of someone, you will get notified if the upload something (not a forum). I am surprised since you called me a JNO veteran( which is true, I played since 2019). Anyways, one way you can get better is by doing something unique, something that stands out. My new Lenzor-22 system is about a big brown dwarf with 2 planets, and the second of the latter is a captured rogue planet with a highly eccentric orbit with a moon with polar caps and honeycomb-like formations on the surface. Doesn't it sound appealing?

1.2 years agoYou need a remap curve and some noises. There are multiple ways to make valleys, so how would you like yours?
1.2 years agoThe wordy thing says
"THE ECLIPSE BLACK HOLE SYSTEM"
I don't know what "CPIEELS" is, so I put it how I thought. Anyways your puzzle was fun @Spitty.
1.2 years agoNo sir I did not. @Spitty

1.2 years agoI am constantly adding planets to the system. These Dev Logs just show what I have been working on for the last 30 days, @67milo.
1.2 years agoAll of the moons have a surface and some have mining sites. What do you mean by the question @67milo?
1.2 years agoThis is his 3rd time being banned, not his 387849283474837372736th @AlphaAreonautics.

+1 1.2 years agoI had already said before @PZLAgencies, please do not ping me for no reason. Like why did you ping? What do you want?
+1 1.3 years ago🤔
1.3 years ago@Zenithspeed , check this out.
1.3 years agoI can help you @ForgottenGuy14 , but I can’t right everything in a single comment.

1.3 years agoRepost due to the last one being behind others, and I want these dev-logs to be easy to get to. The second dev-log comes out 24.2024!

1.3 years agoI think not. Are you familiar with the furry species "Sergals"? @Spitty
1.3 years agoAlso, where did you get the name from? I have heard it before, many times.
1.3 years agono.
1.3 years agoThen get a PC if you want one, @ForgottenGuy14 . It's not hard...
1.3 years agoYou should look at this for an example. Not to recreate the system, just look at how it is structured.
