Hey didn't we already agree that the name should be kept to SimpleRockets 2?
I still think it's the better name and think of all the people who knew the game by that name and didn't know about this change. They won't have any idea what Juno New Origins is. I hope it can still change back.
Since you deliberately put an option whether to make rockets or planes when making a new craft, just name it SimpleCrafts since you can make more than just rockets and planes in the game.
@Pedro Well then I have a very minor suggestion about the animation for afterburners with the jet engine specifically the military nozzle. It should move wider and more prominent when afterburner is enabled cause right now it's a very tiny movement barely noticeable.
My own personal advice is focus on a type of craft that you want to make and look up real life versions (if they have) or similar things that already exist like it and use some of their ideas or just a inspiration to reference to your craft. Of course you can also be unique but I personally have a hard time making something that nobody else does. Also as the previous guy said, learn more about SR2 on how it works, how people make their crafts and use what you learned to your crafts.
Thanks for the suggestions but I saw this one post that had airbrakes that used a piston and to be a hydraulic something that lifts up the panel and I was hoping someone would explain how to make that but guess I'll try what you said.
Thanks guys I just resorted to what I can do best and I acquired what I wanted for the engines to do. I already knew how the customization worked I just needed to get the exact stats.
@YaMomzBox420 I already know how to customize engines and use the performance analyzer but I want my engines to be fine tuned as possible and I'm trying to figure it out on my own but it's quite difficult.
Im the guy looking on how to get the targeted pitch, heading and current prograde direction and I already know how to get the pitch and heading value but I still don't know the prograde one so can you tell me how to get it?
@SamTheFox nevermind I'm just wasting my time when it was simple as nav(angle of attack) - nav(pitch) = 0.0001. I basically wanted to have an auto grav turn but what the community has is just too complicated for me so I decided to make one myself and I ended up with the realization of "oh it's just that simple?" Anyways thanks for recommending him I might ask him for more complex parts of my program.

+2 6 months agoWith the addition of rounded shapes and slant/pinch fuselage, I think we're going to see even more smoother crafts.

6 months ago@SamTheFox I'm on mobile 💀
6 months ago@SamTheFox Only if a fuselage cut was a feature...
6 months ago@SamTheFox the problem is in my craft there's no space for a cargo bay plus the fuselage is rotated 45° so it would open sideways.

6 months agoSorry for wasting that upvote it's just because the title seemed like a lie about the improvements.

7 months ago@SmurfResearchX ok I'll keep that in mind.
10 months ago@YaMomzBox420 you know how to make that cause that would also be useful for my auto grav turn.

10 months ago@Zenithspeed I know, air pressure drops as altitude increases and underexpansion or overexpansion are signs of the engine not being efficient.
