You have to wait for sometime. If you select docking port and see it's properties, you may find the docking percentage. Wait until it's 100%. If it's not going upto 100% try moving a little bit

If you're using a gyro or any other such things that consume electricity, try to turn them off and use time warp. It should work.

Wait for sometime and if you're are successful you will get the beta update for Simplerockets 2
