@SillyBillih if you do joysticks and then translation mode, you can move with rcs. You can use that for docking.
My guess is that it's similar to Spaceflight Simulator (still 3d though) just without the dlc expansions. So the free version just has a lesser amount of parts. Basically the Lite version @Zenithspeed said.
