Auto Credit Based on testunde's Can't select part in designer when in photo mode
When loading a craft in the designer with a drouge-chute part having auto-cut disabled when in "ASL Based Triggers"-Mode, the auto-cut gets reactivated again. However, when launching a craft with "freshly" deactivated auto-cut leaves it deactivated.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Designer
2. Create new Craft
3. Add drouge-chute onto default command pod
4. Set chute "ASL Based Triggers"-Mode to active
5. Put the Auto-Cut slider all the way down, until it says deactived
6. Save the craft
7. Load the craft
8. Insepct the state of the Auto-Cut slider of the chute part
