We will need to fix that. In the meantime, copy the ID of the sandbox. In this case its mPYXvq and then go into flight and open the menu and select Download a Sandbox. Paste that ID in and click Download.

How do we download this? When I try downloading, it says "How to you want to open this?" and there is the classic selection of "notepad, Internet Explorer, Paint, Adobe apps, and etc...".
