@mjdfx150529 It only appears to be specific to very circular orbits. We will fix it as soon as we can, but may not happen before launch.

@mjdfx150529 So now I renember, I first launched the Mega Stripe with a space station, then I launched another rocket (the one in the screenshot up), when I was close to the station, i made quicksave, I loaded it, and I time warped, and it appeared +40 kms away from me!

Did you load a quick save? Quicksaves seem to cause the planets to move around for me but I don’t know about you
@AndrewGarrison I used "natural" gaming.
