Auto Credit Based on Shoot2kill's F.A.R Community Space Station V23.0
Added a personal office aboard the CSS along with the ground work for the orbital dockyard. The yellow and black fuel tank structure was fabricated in orbit by the new robotic arms aboard the CSS. It holds RCS fuel reserve tanks that where built from recycled uper stages.
