The craft checklist does not recognise battery from capsules for Vizzy

Auto Credit Based on ChaoticGraviton's Cannot Launch Crafts
Creat a new craft, with a capsule and add a flight program to it. Doesn't need to me anything specific. When you go to launch it, the launch checlist will say the it needs battery to work, when the capsule itself already has battery.
