Auto Credit Based on KellyNyanbinary's All engine cycles consume power
Override a rocket engine's minimum throttle through overload, and launch said rocket. Notice how the engine's part properties says it is generating thrust and consuming fuel when it actually is not. It also triggers the launchpad steam effect.
