Career Mode is Softlocked if the Space Port Esperanza is Destroyed

If the Space Port Esperanza (SPE), is destroyed, it is impossible to complete further SPE contracts, as there is no SPE to dock the new modules to, which can stop you from progressing to further contracts, such as Speedy Pollution. There is no good way to get back the SPE if it is accidentally destroyed, as the radix module contract is no longer offered after the SPE was initially constructed.
This happened to me because I accidentally deleted the SPE while trying to get rid of a different craft.

To reproduce:
1. Complete the radix module contract, creating the SPE.
2. Go to the “Resume Flight” menu.
3. Delete the SPE.
The game is now soft locked, as new SPE contracts are impossible to complete
