using only numerical values to change part locations does not move CoM, CoT bugs

Auto Credit Based on KraZIvan's Wheels sometimes show RPM values with no input on them
While using the "Translate Part Tool", using only numerical values to move parts such as fuel tanks and engines does not move the CoM or Cot. The CoT and CoM bugs only move accordingly when moving these parts (tankis, engines) by dragging them using the translation tool gizmo arrows.
