Auto Credit Based on deusalgor's Shock strenght and dumper more then max leads to game crash
Real issue:
if you set joint rotator range to very high values (10E+100 for example), your part properties tool stop to showing up on every part on every craft. Fixes with designer reload.
Possible issues:
- You can't set rotator range higher then 180 degrees.
- You can't set rotator spee higher then 100%, even thought it shows value wich being set in xml, you rotation speed still can't be faster then 100%.
Also possible issue:
You cant rotate even free spin rotator faster then some fixed value, no matter how powerfull your engines and how far they are from rotation center.
