Field of view doesn't reset back to normal when exiting screenshot tool

Open the screenshot tool, set the field of view to 20, and then exit the screenshot tool. The expected result of this should be that it resets your field of view back to how it is in your settings, but the actual result is that if you check the settings your field of view is now set to 20. I find that this defeats the entire purpose of the FOV slider in the screenshot tool
