Auto Credit Based on ChaoticGraviton's Cargobays with disabled rotation do not have the disabled rotation when entering flight.
Get a fuselage and increase the slant. Deselect and then reselect the part. It will show the slant percentage out of 50%. When adjusting the slant, it switches to out of 100%.
