So after many attempts to make it look good and get it functional its finally done.
I had to re-do the whole design 2 times with the 3rd version actually working and getting into orbit. (With as a result that its size has tripled making it way bigger than it is in real life)
I also added the movible launch arm and the 3rd kick stage. As payload it's just something fun for testing.
I put a lot of work and love in it. Hope you like it! :3

If you have mass problems trying to make it real size change the mass of some parts, it helps quite a lot

What I love of this design is the batteries that can be ejected.
