“Why do we need a flying frisbee again?”

A version of the P-03 more suited to defend large convoys of ships, aircraft, or to escort high-profile individuals from the sky. With its huge radar smack bang in the middle of the aircraft, more ir dazzlers, and transmission equipment that encodes short range signals sent from smaller planes in up to a 4,000 mile radius. while having a reputation for being underpowered, it fixed some major flaws with the AI controller built into the craft, the Regality Core Gamma. (It was the third iteration of this system)

Performance

Because of the radar on top of the plane, the P-03A had a lower thrust to weight ratio than the P-03. It needs two takeoff boosters slung under the wings to use conventional airstrips, but handles fine in the air once up to speed. Lower acceleration but that should be about it. Because of the center of mass now being farther back due to the spinning cancer machine, it is more maneuverable than the previous version, however. Top speed of above 200 m/s, with a service ceiling of about 50,000 feet, or 15,000 meters.
