Just to make the pod more nicer you should make the engine a little bit in the fuel tank.

The rocket has to be launched at around 80 percent, as the Titan engine is extremely powerful, I’ve tried without the wings and it’s even worse plus they look cool (I’m not denying the fact it’s unstable especially at Max Q) and I didn’t know about the RCS, so thank you for that! I’ll take what you’ve said into consideration if I make an upgraded version. With the parachute issue there’s nowhere to put it and it was purely just a fun proof of concept. Thanks for the upvote and with this I’ll modify my new, bigger craft, keep an eye out for it!
