A More developed version of Magrospike NTR
The magnetic coils are modified into a better and more scientific shape (inner coils have inversed direction compared to the external coils). This design will guide the ionized exhaust into the groove at the center of the nozzle.
An electron gun and a strong magnetic mirror are placed at the center to neutralize the exhaust and protect the structure in the center. The neutralized exhaust will be under higher pressure to maintain higher efficiency in the atmosphere (with a tiny sacrifice in the vacuum performance).
The magnetic coils are protected by shields, and liquid aluminum will be inside them to radiate the heat and absorb remained ultraviolet radiation for crews' and publics safety.

You didn’t take down any of you rock get motors did you? Is this one a theory of your own applied to accepted model? Or is this documented as well?

FYI, because the inner magnetic coils will cause severe drift of ionized exhausts, so the external magnetic coils are preserved. In such cases, the impact of ionized particles on the device still remains. And, this idea will be evaluated after I have more study on the interactions and simulations of fluid dynamics.
