The Minotaur C is a small satellite launch vehicel built and operated by Northrop grumman, previously Orbital ATK. It is basicaly a Pegasus XL which is launched by a Castor 120 stage instead of an aircraft.
this rocket was previously known as Taurus, but after two failures in a row they renamed it to get rid off the bad reputation.
The Taurus/Minotaur C comes in a bunch of versions and has a four digit numbering system.
