idk how to word the description yet but basically new upper stage that uses 3 engines instead of 1, the 2 outer upper stage engines are higher efficiency but weaker than the main engine. The 2 new upper stage engines should be used instead of the main engine after orbital insertion to maximise delta-v.
The first stage can also use anywhere from 0-4 SRBs including asymetrical SRB numbers (assuming the rocket is rotated correctly: Putting the higher number of boosters facing towards the direction it will be moving in)
Depending on how many SRBs are added it can take payloads from 35 tonnes (no SRBs) up to 50 tonnes (4 SRBs)
