The IJ-3G is a Mach 2 interceptor designed in the mid to late 1950s. Initially designed to intercept supersonic bombers, It saw little combat in the coalition war against Aqania due to the initial success of the first strike bombings carried out by coalition forces on enemy bomber bases.
The IJ-3Cs were later upgraded and re-designated to IJ-3Gs. The aircrafts were later exported to another nation a decade after the end of the war over Aqania.
