The issues lie in the arrangement and structure of your wings. FBW programming can be used to mitigate it, but the wings need to be straightened for best results.
Your wings are anhedral, meaning that they have negative roll stability, wherein the wing which is banked upwards relative to the other will generate more lift, increasing the bank angle further.
They are also thin, meaning that they are prone to breaking off during extreme manoeuvres, the tailplane especially. This is due to their extreme actuation range.
