Metallic Hydrogen has been theorized by scientists to have numerous properties that would allow it to be among of the most efficient chemical rocket fuels. With a theorized ISP of 1700 and a density 16.2 times greater than that of liquid hydrogen, metallic hydrogen could theoretically send a small spacecraft such as the MHR-02 into orbit with a small volume of fuel. But be warned, the quantity of this fuel should be kept to a minimum, this small SSTO already has a significant mass for its size
