The Eventide is a Mach 3 unmanned VTOL delta-wing spaceplane.
This vehicle's purpose is to explore risky and extreme environments and serve as a potentially disposable drone. I speculate that the VTOL rockets are capable of up to 2.3g to 2.5g powered landings without atmosphere.
Its propulsion system consists of 8 low-bypass turbojets and 2 liquid ammonia fueled gas core nuclear thermal rockets. 32 mini gas core nuclear thermal rockets provide provide the thrust needed to lift this craft under 2.3g. The rockets are grouped in clusters for selective activation based on surface gravity.
Included is also an auto-hover program. To use it, toggle action group 9 on, and use slider 2 to determine your vertical velocity. +100% is 10 m/s, -100% is -10 m/s, and 0% is 0 m/s.
