I'm not sure what the 70t of kerolox in the payload is for, but this just a redesign of the launch vehicle without changing the payload.
I've tested a few versions, and the kerolox / hydrolox is better for d-v as expected.
This a meth / meth version. The first stage doesn't have nearly the d-v as a kerolox stage, but that means it lands closer to the DSC for recovery. I've been testing in career mode, and recovered the booster for $36 million. There's no parachute or landing legs, just fly it prograde straight into the water.
For standardised testing, comparing engines and fuels back-to-back, I've used KAL 1.2.1 but circularization gets a bit messy and you might want to remove it.
But the point is, this rocket will absolutely put 160t into orbit with d-v to spare. No problem. Pixies for the win.

I wish for you to try and remake my other spacecraft, if you can, like the Lander or big boy etc...
Oh yeah, the extra 70t kerolox is for the Komodo space capsule, mostly for orbital adjustment.
