This is real-size and weight replica of Russian ultra-light class rocket SZKA-6. Actually, the real SZKA-6 is in development now, but the replica of this rocket is done.
In real life, SZKA-6 can send 100 kg payload on low earth orbit. In the game, it can send a bit more.
As an example of payload, I made some satellite which weighs 100 kg. This satellite isn't a replica.
SZKA-6 is a fully autonomous system which is controlled from the second stage. Rocket isn't controlled from the satellite.
