The LV-02 is a real-life translated successor to the LV-01 repurposed for flight in a Real Solar System setting. The supersonic stratolaunch stage of this craft carries this vehicle to the height and speed it needs to reach Earth orbit.
Once in orbit, this shuttle can dock to a refueling vessel, or use its own build in refueler to replenish its methalox tanks (just imagine you have docked to an invisible tank).
The LV-01 has enough delta v to reach Mars and land on its surface. The VIZZY landing assist program keeps the craft headed in the correct direction as it performs a VTOL landing on Mars. Once it refuels, it can lift off and return to Earth with fuel to spare.

Very cool and good ssto now before I get to the cons I just wanna let you know that I used the ssto to go to North Pole anyway to the cons very hard to control when using vtol the chairs start to burn in the atmosphere when trying to get to orbit and that’s it have a good day and please repair the plane if your the maker of ur reading

@lordvader0219 Hi first off bravo! I love so much about this craft, especially the refueling feature. My list of crafts to load was literally becoming too long for me to keep track/choose correctly which to launch.
Your craft is what I've sought--an all purpose, fun to fly shuttle that has enough fuel for planetary exploration.
Anyway I'm here for a reason. I'm flying it in the newish solar system called Realism Overhaul 3.6. You asked about bugs. For some reason the shuttle keeps switching to 1/32 slow motion as it goes through its auto takeoff to orbit program.
Just wanted to let you know. It could be my end for all I know, but it's happened more than once now. 😎
