Mini Payload launch vehicle is a highly efficient launch vehicle used to launch Mini Payloads to Low Droo Orbit (LDO)
It uses two stages:
1. The HL1-0 core stage(Hydrolox Fuel)
2. The MH1 stage(Methalox Fuel)
