This is an upgraded (depending on your definition of upgraded) version of my large cargo rocket, with a wider second stage with two engines instead of one, and upgraded SRBs. It's not made to carry things to other planets, but it packs quite the punch for low droo orbit cargo missions.
It can carry anything from a space telescope to a whole space station, but just know it might not work very well in career mode.
