Just to give an update: Havent done much in a while. Currently re-making the model to simplify and make things look a bit beter. Need to redesign the procedural trajectories and the reentry logic for the new model. Probably wont include the chopsticks on the first model and it will likely be a Booster splashdown and a starship return to the large pad. Making absolutely no promises on the timeline.

Got the upper stage doing a precice reentry and touching down on the landing pad. But thats from equatorial orbits. Uni and Project sunride (checkout our youtubee channel) is eating all my time ATM.

Yeah as far as i can tell thats a bug that sometimes happens with the game. The farings are stock and set to max. Sometimes re downloading helps

When the fairing separates it hits stage 2
@SpaceJ1 Yeah as said its not finished. Second stage doesnt do anything yet and boosters should land but one wont be in the right place. Please let me know if there are any other issues your having?
Issues side boosters don’t land second stage fails to get into orbit
