$2.3m, designed for Juno Village Pad. This was all done in career mode.
The lander is a separate craft with a separate commannd disc. Once you're out of fuel on the main craft, stage and swap to the lander yourself. Obviously. :)
The launch vehicle has a launch vizzy, KAL 1.2.1, but don't trust it blindly. It likely won't circularise properly.
And the lander has a landing vizzy. Huge credit to Frolonov for the auto-land vizzy. Control group 3. But if you don't read this closely, you won't even know its there.
There's enough mono, but you really need a vertical descent to the target. (Or know how to fix your mistake if the burn isn't accurate.) Don't ask the mono to fix a very inaccurate capture burn.
And beause you're launching from Juno Village, you'll be on an inclined orbit and will need to burn at ascending / descending node for an intercept. And it won't be as clean and neat as if you launched from the equator. But still, it lands on Luna and costs very little.
