First designed in the year 2183, the Baron class heavy torpedo frigate was a joint project designed by both Fordian and Vermelhan engineers (explaining the frontal firing heavy weapons) in order to counter capital warships used by metal raiders and other outlaws while using less materials to enable easy mass production. Engineers have ensured this warship would be able to counter almost any capital threat in reasonable numbers, by giving it an arnament of 4 Tri Barrelled anti capital torpedo Turrets, 4 Frigate grade Heavy plasma bolt cannons, 4 Tri Barelled CIWS turrets and 2 Mine launcher bays (look like missile nests) as well as high speed and manueverability in order to manuever heavy fire. The Baron class Torpedo frigate was approved in the following 2 months with a prototype being built 2 months later in January of 2184, this Prototype was tested in a variety of niche (as in role) specific ways, passing all tests pretty much unscathed, hence it officially being in production in the following weeks. This ship has successfully defended a total of 259 convoys and hunted a total of 218 capital warships belonging to Metal raiders and Pirates.

I had a dream last night where I was Isekai'd into Genshin and She saved my life, ofcourse i was very grateful and I asked her if I could possibly teach her how to cook, and turns out she said yes, I was happy, we were about to start, she was really kind to me....then the damn dogs decided to bark, howl and fight eachother for literally no reason and I woke up at 1AM or 2AM...as well, I used to main her when I used to play, she was quick, great at headshots and other reactions and we pretty much killed anything that moved...especially the ruin machines (Damn Clankuhs), she works well with that 5 star bow (I forgot its name). She is also the reason for the ships namesake and why it uses Mines instead of missiles. Tip: Amber isnt useless, if you build her correctly everything will be fine, its just the old case of "A poor workman always blames his tools".

@Aludra877 the mines are magnetic, and as a result, they might stick to the craft that deployed them (assume the craft is made of metal or whatever the frk), and at least it gives the craft a chance of escaping

@SpaceInvader0826 no...that could be dangerous, it could cling to your ship or another friendlies ship, heck even some metal rich asteroid and be wasted...magnetism wouldnt be the most practical option, it relies rather on RCS technology and the speed upon detatchement

@SpaceInvader0826 in this case, she runs quickly, has accurate aim, uses medium precision ranged weaponary (a bow) and can get out of dangerous situations quickly if injured, as well as making use of an explosive pupped (hence the ship having mines), that description would typically work well with frigates, they are fast, manueverable and can be greatly suited for anti capital niches (taking on vessels more dangerous than itself by using precision weaponry which causes severe damage, its weakness being fighters and smaller vessels), the precision factor ive incorporated by using frontal firing weaponry.

The shape is wonderful ,but the color is too dark and difficult to be recognized in your photos.
