The IXR-7 is the newest member of the IXR family.
IXR-7 is a low-cost expendable super-heavy launch vehicle (assuming NASA standards) capable of 80 tonnes to orbit.
It uses 2 Hawk 3041 SRBs and 5 staged combustion hydrolox engines on the first stage, and 2 electric pump-fed hydrolox engines on the upper stage.
unlike most IXR vehicles, the SRBs were a planned part of the vehicle from the beginning and weren't added after designing it to increase payload capacity.

also, once the apoapsis passes 80km, set the first stage engines to 30% so more energy is converted to horizontal speed
