For those who are lazy getting tech points and for those who don't have the engineer bundle. You can get both AT THE SAME TIME.
No mods, no glitch and anything you think.
Just a one single part "drood"

And i make two seperate career mode.
One for changing every rocket part's properties and the other is for the aircraft
.how to get free tech points:
1.- Go to career
2. unlock the all the free tech tree or just unlock "The Droodman side"
3.Go to build mode
4. Select part "Drood"
5. launch
6. switch its jump power to "1E+09" and jetpack power to 0
7. do a jump
8. And youre done! now you had receive 920 TECH POINTS. OHH MAA GAAWD.

now how to get free engineer bundle for free:
9. once you had completed to get free tech points;
go to career.
10.unlock parts that needs engineer bundle to change their part properties and done!

NOTE: you can't change their part properties to sandbox except career.
You are not gonna recive the tinker pannel and the vizzy.
You build a craft on sandbox and save, load to career and thats where you can onoy change their part properties.

Guys tell me if this works.
I did this too and now, i got the engineer bundle and 920 tech points for free but i don't have the tinker pannel and vizzy too
