Multi-Directional Satellite Launcher - TY Variety
The WASP program came up with a simple, yet effective design.
Almost fully recoverable, the MDSL is a small rocket designed to deliver small satellites for multiple purposes. It is (as the name suggests) capable to oribt basically any direction, outside from the West.
The MDSL is also able to carry 700kg (recommended) to orbit, at the East. The second stage can also de-orbit itself using left-over fuel from orbit. As it does not contain a parachute, it's better to land on the water.
WARNING: Be aware that this craft does not have a good control while in the atmosphere. Also, the Auto-pilot settings are not correct. I'd suggest to use 30 on Proportional and 10 on Integral. After detaching the first stage, you can use the default ones again.
